Angela

(Dental Hygienist)

I love working at Alaska Center for Dentistry!  My dental career began in Juneau in 1998.  I enjoyed working at the front desk and assisting in Ketchikan & Sitka for our oral surgery clinics we provided.  Then I went to dental hygiene school in Oregon and worked 6 days a week as a hygienist for 5 years before moving back home to Alaska.  I thrive on helping people overcome dental fears because I want cleanings to be relaxing and enjoyable.  I have always thought teeth were “cool” and love what I do.  I have been fortunate to work with ACD since May 2015.

Ellen

(Dental Hygienist)

ellenI originally moved here from Oregon but having lived in Alaska for over 30 years now, I call it my home. I began my dental career working as a dental assistant over 11 years ago. Then I decided to go to hygiene school, which was an excellent choice, because 20 years later, I still love what I do. My husband Terry and I have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. In my off time, I love to hunt and fish but have not been actively involved as much lately, as my new passion is showing and loving my Australian Shepherds and Border Collies.
