I was certified through the University of Alaska, Anchorage’s Dental Assisting Program in 1993. I have had many hours of continuing education since then. I love spending time with my family. In my spare time I enjoy cooking, cleaning, chauffeuring and basically being a mommy extraordinaire. I have worked for Alaska Center for Dentistry, PC for about 4 years. I am happy to be part of this clinic’s staff. The level of genuine concern for our patients’ well being sets us apart. We truly strive to provide the highest possible standard of care to all. This to me is a huge blessing.

I graduated from A.J. Dimond High School, and attended University of Alaska Anchorage. I’m the proud wife of an Airborne 19 Delta who earned his Ranger tab this year. In our free time we enjoy bow hunting white tails, fishing, camping, skiing, and exploring the outdoors. We have two beautiful little girls who are thirteen months apart, and the center of our world. It is a pleasure to work for a practice that is not only family oriented, but so supportive of the Armed Services. My husband just redeployed again to Afghanistan, and my co-workers really are a supportive extended family. The quality of care and compassion given to each patient, and genuine feeling of sanguine radiates within each clinic. I feel truly blessed not only to work for Alaska Center for Dentistry, but to work with such wonderful patients every day.

I graduated from Wrangell High School. After graduation I went to Renton Vocational School to study Cosmetology. I moved to Ketchikan and Started dental assisting for a wonderful dentist over 23 years ago. I went to college in Ketchikan and took many business classes, and at the same time became a certified dental assistant with DANB. My husband moved us up here to Palmer to start a new life in the valley and I started management at that time. I have taken many business classes here and have had many hours of continuing education to continue my certifications. With the skills I have learned over the years as a dental assistant I now manage two state of the art dental clinics. I love all the staff that we have at both clinics and can’t believe how close you can become to each and every patient. What I love about this job is that you get to interact with the patient in such a loving and productive way to really make changes in their over all dental health. My husband Kevin and I have two wonderful children Tara and Kollin and are proud grand parents to Kynleigh Rene. As busy as our life is there’s nothing like spending time with family. I love to go anywhere outside and to see new things.
